Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to products and services offered by TLW Integrated Solutions, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through https://thefrictionfixer.com or through direct client engagement.

By purchasing a product or service from us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Consulting Services

Consulting engagements are governed by the terms outlined in the applicable proposal, engagement letter, Statement of Work (SOW), or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, consulting fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

2. Discovery Calls

Complimentary discovery or introductory consultations may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

Because these sessions are offered at no cost, missed appointments or no-shows are not eligible for replacement unless approved at our discretion.

3. Friction Sprint™ and Friction Reset™

For fixed-fee consulting engagements such as the Friction Sprint™, Friction Reset™, or similar advisory services:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled without charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a rescheduling fee or forfeiture of the scheduled session.

  • No-shows are considered completed appointments and are not eligible for a refund.

If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that unexpected situations occur and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling when appropriate.

4. Workshops, Training, and Speaking Engagements

Registration fees for workshops, training sessions, webinars, or speaking events are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of registration.

If you are unable to attend, we may, at our discretion:

  • transfer your registration to another available session;

  • issue a credit toward a future event; or

  • provide access to a recording or alternative materials, when available.

5. Digital Products

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales of digital products are final.

Because digital products are delivered immediately or become accessible upon purchase, we do not provide refunds for:

  • downloadable resources;

  • templates;

  • guides;

  • assessments;

  • worksheets;

  • playbooks;

  • online courses;

  • digital toolkits;

  • recorded training;

  • other digital content.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a purchased product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Subscription Services (Future Offerings)

If TLW Integrated Solutions, LLC offers subscription-based products or memberships in the future, cancellation terms will be disclosed at the time of enrollment.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellations will apply prospectively and will not result in refunds for previously billed subscription periods.

7. Client Satisfaction

Our goal is to provide exceptional service and meaningful value.

If you are dissatisfied with a product or service, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can understand your concerns and determine whether an appropriate resolution is available.

While refunds may not be available, we are committed to addressing concerns in a fair and professional manner whenever possible.

8. Company Cancellations

If TLW Integrated Solutions, LLC must cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered one of the following, as appropriate:

  • a mutually agreeable rescheduled date;

  • a credit toward a future service; or

  • a full refund of any fees paid for services that cannot be delivered.

9. Payment Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and professionally.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

The updated version becomes effective immediately upon posting to this Website.
