The Hidden Friction Tax is a one-hour CLE program that helps attorneys and law firm administrators identify the operational inefficiencies that quietly drain firm performance. Unlike generic practice management content, this course uses a structured diagnostic framework called the Friction Fix Framework™ to help practitioners see what is costing them, quantify it, and begin fixing it. This course is about the processes, handoffs, and unwritten rules that govern how your firm operates, and what it costs when those systems have gaps.

Intake to Invoice is a one-hour CLE program that walks attorneys and firm administrators through each stage of the client lifecycle, identifies where operational friction most commonly occurs, and provides a practical blueprint for building a standardized, repeatable process from first contact to final payment. This program also addresses the professional responsibility dimensions of intake and engagement failures. Content covers competence, communication, and conflict of interest obligations under the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct, making it eligible for ethics credit.

From Solo to Small Firm is a one-hour CLE program for attorneys at the point of growth. Participants learn how to tell real readiness from overload, compare hiring, contracting, and partnering, calculate the break-even point for a new hire, and structure the growing firm within the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct. The program closes with the shift most growing firms underestimate: moving from doing the work to leading the people who do it. Participants leave with a readiness score, break-even math for their next hire, and a 90-day plan for their first months as a manager.

AI Without the Friction is a one-hour CLE program that gives attorneys and staff a practical, ethical starting point. Participants learn what AI does well and poorly in legal work, sort their own tasks into green, yellow, and red uses, and design a 30-day pilot on one low-risk task with real numbers behind it. This program also addresses the professional responsibility dimensions of AI use. Content covers competence, confidentiality and informed consent, candor to the tribunal and verification of AI output, supervision, and fees under Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1, 1.5, 1.6, 3.3, 5.1, and 5.3, drawing on ABA Formal Opinion 512 and the State Bar of Georgia Generative AI Toolkit, making it eligible for ethics credit.

Hire Right, Keep Them Longer is a one-hour CLE program that gives attorneys and firm administrators a practical system for hiring, onboarding, and retention. Participants calculate what turnover actually costs their firm, build a role scorecard, and learn a hiring process that predicts performance better than a conversation and a gut feeling. The program also covers the first 90 days that decide whether a new hire stays, the reasons good people leave small firms, and simple retention moves that do not require a big-firm budget. It includes the professional conduct steps every hire should trigger, from conflict checks for lateral hires to confidentiality training for new staff.

Write Your Firm’s AI Policy in One Hour is a working session. Participants leave with a drafted AI use policy built around six parts every small-firm policy needs: approved tools, data rules, review rules, client communication, billing, and training and accountability. The program also covers how to vet AI vendors and how to roll the policy out so the team actually follows it. This program also addresses the professional responsibility foundations of AI governance. Content covers supervisory duties, confidentiality and informed consent, client communication, candor to the tribunal, and fees under Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 3.3, 5.1, and 5.3, drawing on ABA Formal Opinion 512, the State Bar of Georgia Generative AI Toolkit, and Georgia court orders on AI disclosure, making it eligible for ethics credit.
